Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Eyecue, tap the gear icon, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Eyecue. You can also tap Manage Subscription in Eyecue's settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where are my recordings?
Tap the film icon on the Scripts screen to open Recordings, where you can play, share or delete every take. Videos are also saved to your Photos when “Save Videos to Photos” is on.
Voice Follow isn't moving the script.
Allow Speech Recognition and Microphone access in Settings → Eyecue. Voice Follow works best in a quiet room and when the script's language matches the language you speak.
How does the floating prompter work?
Open a script, tap the Picture-in-Picture button next to Start Prompter, then Start Floating Prompter. Switch to TikTok, Instagram, your camera or a video call and tap ▶︎ in the floating window. If the window doesn't appear, check that Settings → General → Picture in Picture → Start PiP Automatically is on. Some apps may hide floating windows.
Can I use a Bluetooth remote or keyboard?
Yes. Space or Return plays and pauses, the arrow and Page Up/Down keys move through the script, R starts or stops recording, and + / − change the speed. Most Bluetooth page-turner remotes work out of the box.
Which files can I import?
Plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md), Rich Text (.rtf), HTML and PDF. For Word documents, copy the text and use the Paste button in a new script.
